Shipping Policy

All Simply Luna pricing is shown in US dollars, it is up to the customer to convert any form of payment. Simply Luna is not responsible for any conversions related to shipping, products, and/or taxes. All orders will be shipped between 5-7 business days from purchase date. 

Simply Luna is not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages once your tracking information shows for that package. Please contact USPS to recover any missing shipments. ​

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns must be received by us within 14 days of the item being delivered to you. Please consider the time it takes us to receive your shipment. Additionally, we are not responsible for return shipping costs nor untraceable packages.

UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS:

  • Items that show evidence of wear

  • Items that have been washed

  • Items that have been purchased with a store credit

  • Hair Accessories (i.e. headbands, scrunchies, hats, etc.)

  • Bodysuits

  • Sale Items

  • Swimwear bottoms (This includes one-piece bathing suits) 

  • Face Masks

  • Simply Luna Gift Cards

Simply Luna reserves the right to deny any return, within reasonable limits.

To begin your returns process, please email contact.simplyluna@gmail.com. Once your item is back in our possession, we will inspect the item and notify you via email if your return has been accepted, within 5-7 business days. Should your return be accepted, your email will include a store credit in the original amount paid, minus any shipping, taxes, or discounts used. 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report this to us within 2 business days, via email at contact.simplyluna@gmail.com.
